Beboard Floating Fitness Mat

The BEboard is a floating fitness mat designed for group classes within the pool. The training is carried out on the mat, which is fastened with rope to other BEboard’s and to the edge of the pool. The unstable surface of the water presents a real challenge in any body position. There is a wide range of workouts comprising relaxed and focussed moves as with Yoga and Pilates, to faster and explosive HIIT exercises During workouts all muscle groups are in operation in order to counterbalance the inherent movement of the BEboard. At the same time the water surface has a steadying effect, resulting in an optimum equilibrium between sport and relaxation during the training.
